1) Concept

CFP will mutually define the product, system or device performance requirements by listening closely to our customers and establishing their needs.

2) Design

When the specification has been agreed, our design team will produce a full set of manufacturing drawings using ‘Solid Works’ 3D modeling.

3) Prototype

We would normally produce a prototype before commencing manufacture. This allows both us and our customer to make any changes to the design before full release to production.

4) Manufacture

Upon acceptance of the prototype we will commence manufacture. The full process is controlled through our computer system using Sage Manufacturing.
